The oil itself
Shipping
- We press every day except Monday and dispatch the next morning, from Pune, Maharashtra.
- Orders above ₹999 ship free anywhere in India. Below that, a flat ₹69 applies. Metros typically receive in two to four working days; the rest of India in four to seven.
- Glass is packed in moulded pulp trays inside double-wall cartons. We do not use thermocol or plastic bubble wrap.
- You will receive an email with the courier and waybill the moment your carton is handed over.
Returns & damages
- If a bottle arrives leaking or broken, send a photograph to sarvasvanaturals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we will not ask you to ship anything back.
- Unopened bottles can be returned within seven days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the error was ours.
- We cannot accept returns on opened food-grade oil, for reasons we hope are self-evident.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reach you in five to seven working days.
Storing your oil
- Keep every bottle in a cupboard, away from the stove and out of direct light. Heat and light are the only two things that will age an unrefined oil quickly.
- Groundnut, sesame, mustard, coconut, sunflower and safflower keep six months from the press date.
- Flaxseed is the exception: ninety days, refrigerated after opening. It is the reason we press it to order.
- Coconut oil solidifies below 24°C. Stand the bottle in warm water for five minutes — never microwave the glass.
Privacy
- We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and telling you where it is.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone other than the courier carrying your carton.
- Write to sarvasvanaturals@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
Terms
- Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change them; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Stock is limited by the size of each press. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and refund that line in full.
- Our oils are food products, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here treats, cures or prevents any condition.
- Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
